Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Musondosi mobile application or website (musondosi.co.zw), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.

2. About Musondosi

Musondosi is an online marketplace that allows private sellers and registered dealers to advertise vehicles for sale, and buyers to browse and contact sellers. We are operated by MistNex Dynamics (Private) Limited. Musondosi is a platform only — we do not own, sell, or guarantee any vehicles listed.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use Musondosi
• You must provide accurate and truthful registration information
• You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
• Business/dealer accounts must represent a legitimately operating business

4. Listing Rules

When posting a vehicle listing you agree that:

• The vehicle exists and is genuinely available for sale
• All information provided (year, mileage, condition, price) is accurate
• You are the legal owner or have the owner's authority to sell
• Photos are of the actual vehicle being listed — no stock images
• The price is in USD unless otherwise clearly stated
• Listings expire after 60 days and must be renewed to remain visible

5. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You may not use Musondosi to:

• Post fraudulent, misleading, or duplicate listings
• List stolen, cloned, or illegally imported vehicles
• Advertise vehicles you do not have the right to sell
• Harass, threaten, or deceive other users
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute listing data without written permission
• Attempt to bypass our authentication, payment, or moderation systems
• Post spam, unsolicited advertisements, or off-topic content

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.

6. Fees & Subscriptions

• Basic listings may be posted for free subject to fair-use limits
• Premium features (featured listings, higher listing limits, dealer profiles) require a paid subscription
• Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 14 days' notice to existing subscribers

7. Transactions Between Users

Musondosi facilitates communication between buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transaction. We do not process vehicle payments, hold deposits, or provide escrow services. You are solely responsible for verifying a vehicle's condition, title, and roadworthiness before completing any purchase. We strongly recommend meeting in a safe, public location and using proper legal documentation when transferring ownership.

8. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any listing or suspend any account that violates these terms or our community standards, at our sole discretion, without prior notice. Sellers whose listings are rejected will be notified of the reason and may re-submit a corrected listing.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code on the Musondosi platform is owned by MistNex Dynamics (Private) Limited or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. By posting a listing, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and promote your listing on our platform and in marketing materials.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Zimbabwean law, Musondosi and MistNex Dynamics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to fraudulent listings, failed transactions, or data loss. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use of Musondosi after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
