What happens when you delete your account

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your personal profile (name, email, phone number)
• All vehicle listings you have posted
• Saved/favourited vehicles
• Message history and chat conversations
• Notifications and activity history
• Any dealer profile linked to your account

Note: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Deletion is processed within 30 days of your request. Some data may be retained for up to 90 days in encrypted backups before being fully purged.

How to delete your account

Option 1 — In-app (quickest):

1. Open the Musondosi app
2. Go to Profile → Settings
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm your password and submit the request

Option 2 — Email request:

Send an email from your registered address to support@musondosi.co.zw with the subject line "Delete Account Request" and include:

• Your full name
• Your registered email address or phone number
• Reason for deletion (optional)

Option 3 — Web form:

Fill in the form below and our team will process your request within 5 business days.
